  My project is titled ‘Characterization of Green Leaf Volatiles (GLV) in strawberry fruit and leaves’, supervised by Dr. Amparo Monfort I am investigating the temporal changes in green leaf volatile (GLV) accumulation during strawberry ripening and following leaf injury. I am using metabolomics approaches such as gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
