Judi Puritz Cook, PhD

It was such a pleasure to get to know Dylan during the Fall 2021 semester when he was a student in two of my Communications Studies classes. His enthusiasm created a positivity that was absolutely contagious. Dylan came to each class with an energy and commitment to learning through his engagement with me, his classmates, and the course content. Outside of our class, Dylan's work as a Bonner Foundation Scholar and student government representative demonstrated his dedication to building community and being a hands-on leader. I am excited to follow his academic and professional careers forward.

Dylan is a leader who lifts others up and networks people together. He is a connector and a change-maker. Dylan invests so much in the community around him and leaves places better than he finds them. His communication instincts are strong, he is receptive and responsive to feedback, and he loves to find new ways to grow and work in teams.
