Dylan was newer to corporate leadership when I promoted him to manager, but he truly shined in his manager role. He seamlessly made the transition from a top-performing SDR on the team to its first manager. Dylan stepped up immediately when I was sidelined by a back injury in Jan 2018; he led the team almost single-handedly for a month. This includes helping onboard seven new team members.
