There aren't enough words to adequately express how talented and charismatic Dylan is. I had the opportunity to work with Dylan at TEAMTRI, where we worked together for the same student organization. Dylan's vibrant personality was apparent from our first meeting. He faces each situation with a positive attitude and willingness to problem-solve. Coaching a team of high school leaders can be tough, especially when physical location requires your interactions to be done primarily virtually; however, Dylan did a phenomenal job at going above and beyond for the students he worked with and motivating them to succeed in their roles. As a leader, I could always rely on Dylan to execute tasks and projects creatively and thoughtfully. Dylan is truly one-of-a-kind and anyone would be honored to work with him!

I've had the sensational honor of not only working in a professional capacity with Dylan, but having an increasingly budding friendship with him over the course of almost four years. Dylan is forthright, communicative, open, kind, amicable, confident, focused, effervescent and a pleasure to be around. I have worked with Dylan as a representative for the same residence hall as members of the Residence Hall Association, watched him grow, as a fellow Resident Assistant, in his role for both-community and suite-style residencies on a college campus, and am currently collaborating with him in his role as a second-term Vice President for the Student Government Association at Southeast Missouri State University. He takes direction well and asks appropriate and profound questions for clarification purposes. He manages groups with the intention of progression and leads those groups with clear direction, passion, and a necessary amount of fun. Perhaps one of Dylan's most endearing and alluring qualities is his insatiable energy. He will put 110% into the things he cares about and consistently delivers on his promises. He is detail and task oriented and makes sure he understands what is expected of him from the start so he can create meaningful projects, proposals, emails, presentations...etc...that are exactly what you asked for and more. He is the embodiment of the famed Walt Disney quote, "Do what you do so well-and so uniquely-that people can't resist telling others about you." He takes pride in who he is and frequently promotes that message to others so they too may live inspired to be exactly as they are and take ownership in all of their fabulous quirks. I am impressed by Dylan and believe anyone else would be too as soon as they have the chance to hear his voice or shake his hand. He has raised and set new standards for what I expect to get out of a professional relationship with my employer and fellow cohorts after graduation.
