  Kemerton Lithium Project for Albemarle - management of the steel clad buildings D+C, pumps, valves, diesel and sewerage vendor packages during design. Then joined the completions team onsite completing walkdowns, punchlisting, contractor systems training and CMS database management. Gruyere Gold Project for Gold Roads / Gold Fields, from the procurement bid evaluation phase through to project handover. Working in the Perth design office and FIFO to site during commissioning. My responsibilities included – o Management of the Commissioning Management System, checksheet completions, reporting, coordination of vendor visits, procurement o Variation estimates – creating, submitting and tracking cost estimates for head contract variations during the design phase o Vendor package management – overseeing the procurement, expediting and delivery of various mechanical, electrical and instrumentation packages. o Project Controls – engineering progress reporting, cost control and schedule development / monitoring o Contract administration o Procurement functions o Database manipulation

  • Development of two waste-to-energy facilities to be located in WA. Primarily involved in the modelling of the process and auxiliaries including the materials recovery facility, gasification, combustion and air quality control system. • Site based waste audits, analysis of collected waste, and preparations of reference documentation for the FEED. • Involved in a supporting role throughout the FEED stage, along with progressing the projects’ environmental approvals. • Responding to tenders for technical matters, including taking a key role in assessing EPC and vendor selections. • Compiling capital and operating cost forecasts, along with financial modelling, electricity pricing and sales, for use in overall project evaluation at FEED and subsequently Board level.
