Dylan is a great designer, and worked very hard on his final project (Stick Shift). He's a very diligent worker, with a great attitude, and was a huge asset to the team dynamic. Over the months that I mentored the team, Dylan continually showed great development as a designer. By the time the project wrapped, they had gone from a rough concept to a refined racer. Dylan would be a great, and enthusiastic addition to any team!
