I highly recommend Dylan from my time working with him at Axon. Dylan held multiple roles through a period of hyper-growth at Axon where he successfully executed against a sales plan, supported a growing sales organization, and stood up International Sales Operations processes. Dylan Hrdlicka can be summed up in two words. HIGH IMPACT. My name is Sean Britt - Owner of FishNet Marketing LLC. I have been in Inside Sales and Marketing for the better part of 20 years. In that time, I have trained, managed, and developed a fair amount of Inside Sales Reps. Some have gone on to become Inside Sales Managers or have built a successful career in Inside Sales working for some of the largest organizations in the country, and over-seas. I cant recall their names or in most cases their faces, no should I. They never impacted me or gave me pause to take notice. That is not the case with Dylan. In Dylan's time at FishNet Marketing, he went from being new to the Inside Sales game to overseeing a team of 25 Inside Sales Reps. This transition took place over a period of one year. In all cases, he was outranked and underestimated by the team that he led. Both of those facts were quickly forgotten by myself and Dylan's Inside Sales team. I believe that his on-the-job example, and his willingness to show, encourage, and understand each individual team member inspired his team to strive for excellence. Dylan views Inside Sales as a skilled-craft, not to be taken lightly or discounted as telemarketing.
