I was required to understand customers requests, take orders and follow through with sales orders. Being a surf store, i needed to know the product and earn trust from customers. This was done with product knowledge and pure passion for the ocean and surfing. In my time there i learnt everything from working a till and dealing with customers requests to doing seasonal orders and purchasing stock for the store.
