As a market researcher, I had the responsibilities of conducting customer satisfaction surveys over the phone. Through this I learnt how to properly conduct myself during telephone calls, being both professional and coherent as well as polite and engaging. Telephone work has only further aided my fast growing skill set. Building on this, I have thoroughly enjoyed working as part of a team, this has taught me that patience is often essential in the workplace.
