  Chiro Oud-Heverlee is a youth movement in Belgium where kids and adolescents can play together outside once a week. For 6 years I have been guiding these activities for these kids as Monitor. I learned to think in a creative way to develop games for the kids, to be responsible for the kids and so on. After 3 years guiding these activities I decided to become head monitor. In that way I was responsible for the bigger events and also for all the monitors and kids of Chiro Oud-Heverlee (200 kids and 40 monitors in total), as also the communication to the parents. It is a very unique experience that teaches you to work together as a group and surely improves your development as social person. Show less

  For 3 years I've worked as a student job for Escape Events during the months august and september in several events for companies (Excellent, FACQ, Ikea, ...). From building up the event, guiding the event and making sure everything goes as planned untill the breakdown of the event. Learned a lot in these events with an experienced crew.
