Acting as an Agile Business Analyst/Consultant on behalf of Corporate & Institutional banks proactively liaising with global teams to ensure business requirements are delivered within the agreed timeline. Experience from the role includes: • Advising clients on long term strategic solutions to improve operational procedures while adhering to local jurisdictional policies, helping define target operating models, designing digital journeys, and creating work breakdown structures to support project timelines.• Involved in designing, implementing, and phasing the long term strategic and digital transformation as part of the Global KYC program of work, including the design of a digital Client Outreach solution for a large bank based within the Nordics.• Currently engaged in a product implementation project with a budget of €1.4 million for a large institutional bank based out of Nordics. Vast project experience implementing KYC Policy, AML and ID&V rules, along with being a main designer of case coordination functionality to allow for a single client outreach and the share of information between cases within the same outreach group. This was a feature designed and built specifically for a client. • As part of a short term secondment in Sydney I advised, consulted and helped to design the KYC Reviews process for one of the largest banks in Australia.• Supporting development and test teams across Ireland, India, and PolandSkills acquired from the role: • Communication • Organisation • Leadership• Excel• PowerPoint• Azure DevOps • Business Analysis• Backlog Management • Workshop Facilitation

- Underwrite mortgage applications for submission to our credit team for approval. - Maintain relationships with intermediaries, through phone calls and emails. - This involves knowledge of the bank’s credit policy, attention to detail, and framing arguments to support cases. - Successfully train new staff to competent performance which has thought me invaluable interpersonal skills. - Have regular interactions with our compliance department to ensure cases adhere to AML regulations. Due to this I have become the go to member of the intermediary mortgage centre for AML queries. - Won MVP for October 2018, and MVP for March and April 2019.
