I was a bartender at a high-end craft cocktail bar, mixing drinks, serving food, cleaning, etc. I became the embodiment of the Bradstreet cocktail program, one of the most prestigious in the Twin Cities, and become educator, entertainer, bartender, and friend to all who come into the bar. In addition to the regular bartending duties, Bradstreet allowed me to create cocktails, many of which were eventually put onto the menu. I learned to trust in my creativity, and gained a lot of respect for a good cocktail! Show less

Bartender/Server

I was a waiter and bartender at Big Bowl, serving food and pouring drinks. This was a position that I excelled in, as my customer service skills were on display, and I could really shine. In the three years I worked at Big Bowl, I was recognized consistently for my strong communication skills, personable behavior, and infectious positivity, as well as winning a 'server survivor' contest which showcased my ability to consistently perform my job at peak levels.
