  The purpose of the Group Manager role within EML is to lead and develop Team Leaders and team members, to foster a cohesive and high performing group within the culture and values of EML. By driving high performance within each team and proactive actions/strategies on claims we aim to achieve financial objectives in line with our remuneration measures as well as ensuring a high level of customer service to all stakeholders. The focus of my role is to manage 3 Team Leaders and their teams of up to 9 Case Managers/Senior Case Managers, Injury Management Specialist as well as promote and drive all opportunities for process improvements. By working on both the NSW Police and Ministry of Health (South) portfolio, it allows an opportunity to give back to those who serve our community. By keeping the customer at the heart of everything that we do we enhance the customers journey through the workers compensation scheme, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered in getting someone their life back.
