As a member of the IT department leadership team, my primary role is to oversee all the Apple devices, Windows computers, and accounts user including the cybersecurity of those areas.I manage student and staff Apple devices in Jamf Pro and Apple School/Business Manager (2,300+ Macbooks, and 13,000+ iPads/Apple TVs). I utilize Bash scripting for managing and automating processes on the MacBooks; I use Jamf Pro and Falcon CrowdStrike to monitor the security of these devices.I implemented an automated account process with to manage 8,800+ accounts through various automations with Active Directory, Azure, Powershell, HelloID/Tools4Ever, Office365, Google, Adobe, Apple School Manager, etc. I utilize Azure, Exchange, and Duo Mobile to monitor account security, and mitigate potential breaches.
