I had the pleasure of starting Lightning in a Bot with Dylan. Navigating the start-up world without Dylan would have felt insurmountable. He has a sharp technical mind and intuitive understanding of software architecture that was essential to our success. When showing off the system we built together, it gives me great pride the impression it makes upon fellow colleagues. Likewise, managing a startup requires one to wear many hats, a Dylan did so with aplomb. While I decided to escape away to graduate school to play with robots, the two years we worked together has laid an essential foundation for my career in tech. Working with him made my transition into the field an absolute joy and would have been far less fruitful had we not worked together. I have no doubt he will be bring success to wherever he ends up next!
