  As director, I primarily work with our junior high and Calvin House youth program. These programs are framed and geared towards the educational and spiritual development of "at-risk" students in grades 6th-12th in the Preston Taylor and surrounding communities in West Nashville. I am responsible for the educational and spiritual programming and planning development for about 65-70 students and leading a team of about 25-30 passionate volunteers throughout programming for youth. Simultaneously I serve as a educational liaison for Preston Taylor students in the Metro-Nashville school district.
