      Currently the Program Manager for the AMCOM IMSS contract supporting AMCOM, Army Materiel Command (AMC), LOGSA and various other PEO’s for the Department of Army. I work to establish guidelines too accurately and thoroughly document work performed. I interface with the customer to determine technical and organization requirements and then translate these into support functions ensuring that all defined deliverables are on time and meet or exceed the stated technical or functional requirements.       I provided technical direction, expertise, mentorship and leadership to a team of 121 personnel responding to customer requests for analysis of technical issues, development of Logistics applications, requirements gathering and subject matter expertise in Army Logistical issues. Subject Matter expert in Army assets management including, PBUSE, DPAS, JMAR, SPBS-R, GCSSA-F/T, and LMP. I developed tools that assisted in the conversion of DPAS, SPBS-R to PBUSE. Team developed data cleansing tool and assisted units with data conversion. The effort provided the Army with asset visibility of thousands of items worth millions of dollars that had previously not been accounted for. I assisted in the development of the ARGORGEN tool set by providing Subject Matter Expert knowledge regarding Army Assets. I was a key developer of the ARSNT tool. Team developed tool that provided a consolidated location for all Army serial numbered items. The effort provided the Army with the last known location and history of serialize items in the Army inventory. I started the initial development of IUID tool AIW. I supervised and provided PBUSE expertise to SLAMIS effort. Team was tasked in assigning MCN/NSLINs to over 10,000 requests from Army units. Our team was able to clear backlog in a little over four months providing asset visibility to those items and maintain assignment without delay to the Warfighter. I developed tools to assist Army Preposition Stocks asset visibility. I supervised CTASC team that provided 24-hour, 7-day a week, 365-day a year support. Team also conducted disaster recover exercises utilizing the COOP site at Ft. Lee. I provided technical direction to team integrating Oracle BI tool 360 Degree Logistics Readiness into LIW.
