  Dwayne graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Administration in 1990 and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. His more than 20 years’ experience includes assurance and business advisory roles with Ernst and Young as well as leadership positions with both private and public oil and gas companies. Dwayne started working in the oilfield services industry in 2002 when he joined Western Lakota Energy Services Corp. as its Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
