Intelligent Wellhead Systems is a Calgary, Alberta based privately held technology company. It has developed, produced, patented and successfully commercialized a disruptive technology in the Oil and Gas sector. The tool allows the end user to essentially see through a pressurized vessel such as Blow Out Preventer stacks, pressure containment lubricators and other critical pressure control systems. With the introduction of this tool to well intervention operations the result has been a substantial reduction of serious risks and a measurable time savings. IWS is the first to execute a solution that many organizations have been pursuing for years without success. The technology is patented in the U.S.A. and filed in several countries around the world. The market IWS has to saturate is both broad and global.
