Dwayne is a 'get it done' kind of guy! His ability to effectively manage large teams, conflicting requirements, global complexities and tight deadlines is exceptional. He has the ear and support of senior management, as well as peers and direct reports. There isn't much about global supply chain management and additionally, composite manufacturing and many of the supporting functions at Eurocopter, that Dwayne doesn't know or manage well! It's a pleasure working with Dwayne.
