I worked with Dwayne on a number of projects at LuMend sourcing new suppliers for a class III device. Dwayne was enthusiastic on his approach to supplier relationships and detail oriented in regards to covering the needs of manufacturing. Because of Dwayne’s understanding of metals and their processes in respect to our device we saved time during supplier selection and LuMend realized bottom line savings. I would be eager to join Dwayne in a manufacturing operation again if I got the chance.

I had the opportunity to work with Dwayne while at Guidant (Boston Scientific). Dwayne is very flexible and reliable. In the group, he took some of the most difficult tasks and technical challenges. He did an outstanding job and he is a real team player. It would be a pleasure to work with Dwayne at anytime.
