Dwarika was one of a few that we could share, discuss, and debate about the AI/ML technology and its applications in the retail banking businesses. No need to emphasize more about his strong expertise on the AI/ML technical side, to me, it’s very obvious with PHD degree and 20 years of dedicated experience in this profession. What amazed me a lot is that he knows all the pain points in the application of the AI/ML and how to balance the technical sophistication and the operational reality. He led his team to translate the complex of algorithm into the business lifts, and standardize the processes and code packages to scale up the effects. He always tried to make things easier without sacrificing the results. A good example is that his team rolled out an end-to-end AI/ML modeling package to streamline the development, deployment, monitoring, and governance into one loop, and he himself also pioneered AI/ML development frameworks and necessary governance in the organization. He was an important leader in our organization, and I believe he is definitely a valuable asset to anyone he works for.

Dwarika was one of my first employees at Citi Global Decision Management and was instrumental in helping form the group. I particularly valued his attention to detail and project management skills. His technical skills were also much respected, and he was able to train others effectively. Dwarika had good client interactions across the globe and was able to build on a very good remote delivery model. Dwarika is an asset to any company, and I wish him my very best.
