Rehabilitation facilities such as: Neurological Centre, vocational therapy Gymnasium, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy pool and advanced prosthetic workshops.Starting the project as a senior engineer progressing to a Construction manager. Main responsibility to deliever a new building which wrapped around a Grade II-listed Theatre and the demolition of and rebuild of a section of Stanford Hall, retaining the façade.

Site based with responsibility for the technical viability of the project, works consists of health and safety management, managing contractors, maintaining quality control procedures quality assurance, checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings, planning aspect of the project via forming programmes to ensuring the development complies with the overall programme completion date.
