No gab between wells, only 6 months doing a drilling project for AGH University of Science and Technology, Krakow, Poland. • Right now supervising ERW type “J hole: D> R”, Max Inclination 88, TD 15, 577 feet MD in the field locate in the north west of Cuba maintain directional control in an anisotropy formation without using an expensive and not always justified means. • Achieve to drill without differential sticking in different reservoir pressure with tendency of the drillstring to stick to the permeable formations applying operational practices to decrease differential sticking risk. • Reduce the tripping required by offset well by more than 50 % with the uses of new technologies and operational practices. • Achieve to drill wells until a 35 % Feet drilled per day higher than offsets wells with the uses of new technologies and operational practices. • Supervise the drilling operations achieving to drill wells until a 24 % Day per 1000 ft drilled lower than offset wells with the uses of new technologies and operational practices. • Achieve lower Cost/ft than offsets wells were drilled in similar hole sizes and lithology. • Supervise the drilling operations achieving to run the deepest set 10 ¾ inch casing in Cuba to 12,211 feet MD utilizing floatation technique, Inclination 90 deg, in a geological formations characterized by the presence of reactive clays, areas of caving and loss of circulation.
