Dustin was my direct manager for I think well over a year, and I can unequivocally say that he is one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure of working for. He is a great team leader, very supportive of the people who report to him, and relates well to everyone on the team -- both his direct reports and his peer (and senior) managers.
