He is extremely driven and possesses the skills of a natural leader. These include initiative,rapport building, planning/ organizing, composure and decisiveness.He is tenacious and set high work standards. It should come as no surprise that he won the competition and was asked to return to the program in 2014 as a campus mentor! He is simply one of those people you never forget.
