During my tenure in the United States Marine Corps. I was selected to join the Marine Corps. Security Forces Fleet anti-terrorism Security Team and quickly made the transition to team leader. I was obligated to know and understand complex security procedures and had to maintain a secret clearance due to the sensitive nature of missions conducted by the team. During my time as a FAST Marine I was deployed three times overseas and conducted one CONUS mission. After serving as a FAST Marine I was assigned orders to the 3rd Battalion 7th Marines, Lima Company Mobile Section where I served as the Assistant Mobile Section leader through training and deployment to Sangin Afghanistan. I maintained and coordinated the maintenance cycle for military vehicles and equipment as well as supervised the Mobile Section Marines and Corpsman in combat operations. Show less
