  Directly responsible in handling large projects – As the Manager of The Norwegian funded Economic Development Program, developed and effectively managed the program to achieve set targets. I was responsible for managing the project finances, financial reporting specified by the IFC with overall operational responsibility. Few activities involved were, 1.1 Provided Advisory Services for Entrepreneurs (including women led businesses) to enhance access to finance capabilities. 1.2 Introduced and Managed a flagship MSME capacity building tool of IFC (Business Edge Program). 1.3 Developed, Designed and Implemented client retention and acquisition Strategies for large companies and financial institutions Instrumental in providing strategic directions for leading financial institutions and large companies to build a segmented client focused environment. Managed scoping activities with large financial institutions to identify areas to be strengthen including IT, Operational Processes, Staff Strength, Managerial Attitudes, and Branch Outreach. 2. Responsible for stakeholder engagement- In private sector, donor government organizations, Bankers and large global teams- 3. Effectively managed procurement and project finances Directly responsible in engaging and managing a transparent procurement and financial process in line with IFC guidelines so that management information is disseminated according to stipulated policies. When such systems were not in line with the real project data flow, I was responsible in formulating a new information report to the Donors.
