Dunstan was a Finance leader within Coca-Cola’s Central, East and West Africa Business Unit. He has a great mix of commercial and operational financial skills. Dunstan oversaw our financial operations in many markets, managing various country P&Ls and consistently delivering planned results. He is skilled at leading the process for building business cases, collaborating across functions, which was a key factor in our capital allocation decisions. Given his breathe of experience, he was able to create win/win relationships across our value chain. Dunstan is strategic as well as analytical, allowing him to be a key contributor in major M&A activities in West Africa. In addition, he has a penchant for people development. He is great at developing colleagues of various backgrounds and functions. He is a pleasure to work with and will be a valuable addition to any organization.

I have known Dunstan for many years now and his ability to lead people is inspirational and infectious. He is extremely good in his profession and the best thing in him is the simplicity in his communication. I find him really good both in Strategy and Execution. Dunstan is an empathetical leader and is a great team person. He can lead both large and small teams and leaves a legacy in whichever role that he plays. He is a family oriented person. Dunstan's ability to respect and trust people take him a long in every team that he leads.
