Duncan's creative skills and leadership were instrumental in our team's success and growth culture. With his passion for new creative technologies and techniques we were able to use new and innovative tools to solve difficult creative problems. Most importantly his willingness and desire to share his knowledge led to a shift in our team's mindset and we became better at thinking bigger than our perceived limitations. Duncan was instrumental in the success of HCS and specifically the 2022 Halo World Championship helping us win the Tempst Award for "Best New League in 2022." As the 3D Creative Lead he created and cultivated partnerships across the studio that gave us the ability to quickly and easily share assets, give and receive timely feedback, discuss best practices, and created a safe space for the entire team to explore new ideas that challenge us as artists. His knowledge expertise across a multitude of platforms were crucial to solving a variety of creative needs and his ability to always deliver outstanding work raised the bar for our entire studio. While working with him on the Halo World Championships he was instrumental to the creative concept, production, and had a direct hand in developing hundreds of assets ranging from live broadcast graphics, social media content, live event materials including print, digital, as well as environment design, 3D and video development, and static and motion pieces for use across numerous platforms. Duncan is a proactive creative with drive to grow as an artist and individual. He makes his professionalism and kindness as transferable as his knowledge and is always eager to share something new with a joyful smile. Every creative group will be made better by his presence.
