  While at KFVS, I was promoted from Sr. Producer to Executive Producer in less than 2 years. KFVS was (and is) the #1 station in the market. After taking over as dayside EP, I worked with the ND to expand our morning news to 2 ½ hours at the same time as the EP position was moved to mornings. I also worked hard to develop our online presence for our morning news. I wrote daily email promos and rapidly increased our use of social media. While I was morning EP, our morning news retained the #1 spot during every ratings period. I was able to expand our staff to 3 producers, 2 anchors, 2 reporters, 1 photographer and 2 meteorologists. We dominated local news in the morning across the market. For 8 years I was in charge of our election coverage.
