  Command and control of all operational aspects of the Club and encompasses Food, Beverage, House & Gaming. The role of Operations Manager holds responsibility for achieving high standards of customer service and member comfort and in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer assumes all responsibility. Project Management for repairs, maintenance and service contracts with demonstrated experience in successfully managing club improvement projects to the value of half a million dollars. An experienced negotiator to ensure contracts are value for money and that agreed specifications are met. Responsibilities in Club Governance and legislative requirements. Integral in the management and smooth provision of corporate golf events and corporate and private functions. With joint responsibility for the promotion, organisation and execution of club events such as the Clubs annual Charity Golf day and PRO-AM tournaments. Leadership and management of approximately 30 staff this challenging position requires me to make decisions that are timely and sound to ensure the outstanding reputation of Castle Hill Country Club remains.
