  As an Executive Manager I have over 15 years experience in the delivery of a diverse range of projects and programs both in the public and private sector. In my current role at North Sydney Council as Director of Engineering and Property Services I am responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Councils Engineering and Infrastructure works programs. Some of the Major Projects that I am currently responsible for delivering is the redevelopment of North Sydney Pool, Councils Public Private Partnership (PPP) for the $40million redevelopment of Councils Carpark and Woolworths Supermarket currently under construction in Crows Nest. Total staff in the Engineering and Property Services Division - 65 full time staff with 4 part time and up to 8 casuals. Capital works budget for 2014/15 is $28million. North Sydney Councils Property Portfolio is valued at $340 million - the commercial component of the portfolio contains 86 leases and returns to Council over $10million PA in revenue. I am also responsible for overseeing the management of Councils 5 x commercial Car parks and Parking Meter operations (4000 metered spaces) which combined returns to Council over $11million PA in revenue. Other major programs I am directly responsible for delivering include the Public Domain upgrades in the North Sydney Centre, Special Precinct Areas and Villages Centres. I am also responsible for the development and roll out of Councils cycleway strategy and network comprising of five priority routes which are currently being designed and implemented. Other relevant previous experience includes working for the City of Sydney – City Projects Division from 2007 to April 2012 as Capital Works Program Coordination Manager. Acting Director City Projects - April - October 2011. My strengths lie in being able to manage a range of different staff and stakeholder groups in the delivery of large scale programs and projects as well as solving complex management and delivery issues.
