I expanded the largest British Council Teaching business in the Americas from 2 to 6 branches with 60% growth in student numbers and class hours in 3 years, and the introduction of remote teaching and remote placement testing options for our customers. I managed a diverse team including over 60 teachers across 5 sites, who I also led through a challenging tax localisation process.I also delivered a large scale premises expansion project in Bogota which included market research, business case, premises scoping, and project delivery and managed a diverse and complex team. The project was successful and we opened the new teaching centre in Salitre on 28/03/16 with more than 650 students now registered.
