  Whilst at Casa it was difficult to find any installation companies to carry out the projects. I saw a gap in the market and approached two supervisors that I knew well to set up Scope Office Services.   After successfully completing Bank of Japan for Casa Contracts, they then offered me the job of Warehouse and Logistics Manager. In this role I was responsible for the day to day running of a 19,000 sq ft warehouse. I would also oversee deliveries and installations, this included booking the jobs in with clients and ensuring that all correct labour was ordered to complete the works.   As site supervisor, I was in charge of installations in London and the south of England. I ran teams of up to twenty men and completed small to large projects. Examples of the largest projects I supervised included: Matthew Hall, Tandridge District Council, and Norton Rose.

  My role was warehouse based, we built furniture that was to go out on deliveries; we also repaired any items that had returned damaged after installation - repairs included: polishing, filing and respraying to ensure a like new finish.
