In my role as web developer at Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust I was the lead developer on web applications and the Amigos LITE mobile app project. This involved technical development using ASP.NET MVC with Entity Framework, jQuery and SQL Server, within a Visual Studio development environment. Where required, I also coached other developers and delegate work. I met with end users to elicit requirements, continuing through to technical design, development, training and maintenance. My role involved communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This often included liaising with non-technical clients, so it is important that I can explain complex technical issues in a way which is easily understood. I have experience of managing key stakeholder and 3rd party supplier relationships to ensure that the technical solutions we develop meet the requirements of the users, but also maximise the Return on Investment from the supplier's product. The development team worked to an Agile (Scrum) methodology and I am a qualified Scrum Master (PSM 1). Show less
