      2014 - the mobilisation and definition phases for RSA’s first Telematics ‘black box’ young driver product - Smart Wheels. (2014). This had Board level sponsorship. Multiple work streams were involved to ensure product launch readiness including the use of external technology providers and internal operational, underwriting, and marketing expertise. (Employment of all RSA contractors ceased in April 2014 due to adverse trading results)2013 - the implementation (operational and technical readiness) of RSA’s Telematics product a ‘try before you buy’ insurance Smartphone App (MORE TH>N DRIVE). RSA was an early adopter of the technology. For speed to market an Agile approach and team (15 people) was created to work with the technology providers Wunelli - the app / technology providers. Multi cross department coordination and a comprehensive Model Office (field testing) period was executed prior to launch (35 people for 5 weeks)2013 - the intensive relaunch programme for the John Lewis Home insurance product, intermediated by RSA. Working alongside Business Partners for RSA and John Lewis to meet the launch date, as aligned to the marketing (TV advertisement) dates, with delivery responsibility across the multi RSA departments
