With just under eight years of experience, I am able to give first-hand accounts of relatable information for the safety and well-being of every person on the mine site and all guest. *First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor-With experience given to me through emergency training from Mineral Park (National Safety Council), Colorado Belle and Golden Valley Fire Department I am able to teach and effectively demonstrate proper approach, analyze, and administration of minor and life-saving methods of CPR, First Aid, and use of an AED. All of these skills are tested and proven to be effective in my job and in everyday life for the Safety of all. *First Responder-As a first responder I am trained to properly handle and delegate proper procedure and care for an emergency situation. Training involves assessing a situation for dangers and making sure all giving care are safe and able to provide the proper necessary care for a person or persons until the higher level of care can respond or arrive. This includes ensuring all medical care given is correct and administered properly. *Safety Coordinator-The Safety Coordinator is responsible for making his department aware of Safety issues, training, and proper procedures to handle safety issues. I have many hours in hands on experience to provide effective teaching of safety in a way that is relatable and understandable. We work hand in hand with the crew reviewing weekly and daily safety information to address issues and concerns that involve their daily lives. We participate in weekly training and meetings to discuss overall Safety of the Mine and review concerns and events, to analyze ways to improve the Safety and well-being of all. Show less
