My roles at Ladder to Learning are: Managing resource centers inventory, Managing partnerships with fellow resource centers, Conducting academic coaching sessions at the center,Identifying career model for every center and Training teachers and students in computer packages. However, Dumiso Banda is also well experienced in marketing and administrative work. He is highly analytical of challenging situations and is able to come up with strategies that overcome such situations and has the ability to pave way for progress. He is also a general counselor in essential survival youth life skills. Dumiso is able to multi-task, a highly trainable person and has also led to possessing advanced people management skills.
