I managed Duma at Spaghetti.tv and at Conjunction.tv. In our time working together, Duma proved himself to be quietly accomplished with a great breadth of skills. From his early beginnings as an offline editor, Duma rose to become head of editorial, and head of IT, and excelled in running both departments. As a director and producer, I must have worked with Duma on a couple of thousand individual pieces of content during our time working together, and it was incredible to see his take on a multitude of different genres, media types, and disciplines. In 2017, Duma made the jump to director - taking on helming duties for all content show with Spaghetti/Conjunction's biggest client, a more hands-on role in which he proved himself quite adept and well-suited.
