I worked at McDonald’s for half a year and then was promoted quickly to customer care. This role excelled my social skills so I can adapt to new social situations and provide the best service to customers in a bid for them to return. I carried out various online and in person training including conflict resolution and health and safety. I also plan and participate in annual charity events for Ronald McDonald House Charities in the restaurant. I worked at McDonald’s for half a year and then was promoted quickly to customer care. This being my first job really prepared me for working with customers. I greeted customers, served food at tables, dealt with complaints, cleaned up and helped close the restaurant.
