I am in a team responsible for supporting the processes of internal and external evaluation of our branches (22 schools in KZ), particularly their performance in teaching, assessing and management. Up to date, we have 20 schools accredited by Council of International Schools, and now they are in the second cycle of accreditation process. One of my jobs is assisting our schools in the processes of CIS accreditation.I also analyse the data gathered from evaluations and take part in developing policies, instructions and guidances to foster positive changes in our schools, as well as in creating new partnerships;Another area is supporting the procedures related to external assessment of student performance at NIS, particularly the organisation of IELTS exams (British Council), that includes contracts, scheduling etc. and analysing the exams data. In addition most our students take SAT, and I also collect and analyse our students score in it too.
