Caitlin and I got to know each other in a classroom setting at the University of Arkansas. As classmates, I witnessed her hard work ethic both in school and outside of school. In her undergraduate studies, Caitlin was a female in a male dominated field to which she continues to break barriers in today. Her intelligence and sweet-hearted nature will serve her well in life, no matter her future personal or educational goals. She is quick to question but also quick to understand. She possesses a balance of independent thinking but also a willingness to integrate that is far beyond her years. I have a great deal of respect for Caitlin, and know first hand that she's an asset to any team.
