I am in charge of digester side of pulp mill by meeting production and safety goals on shift. I am currently supervising 5 people on shift making calls on grade changed, troubleshooting problems upstream and downstream; along with my job as digester cook. Also, I made out work and training schedules for the entire pulp mill. I was also in charge of ordering chemicals for the pulp mill with the vendors. Additionally, I was the operational consultant for capital projects in pulp mill and also participated in the 4 step problem solving meeting. I kept the pulp mill in environmental compliance for SO2 ppm and opacity.
