Duane is a no-nonsense professional with a very thorough knowledge of his profession. As our new CFO, Duane faced many significant challenges immediately upon his arrival at Owens. He re-focused our finance and accounting department to allow them to provide more support to our manufacturing operations. Duane and his team also improved the accuracy of our financials and provided the company with timely financial statements. Duane also led the organization through a major re-capitalization project at a time when market liquidity was extremely difficult. Duane's tireless work ethic is a testimonial to his success.
