Daryll brings a rare level of tech marketing experience that comes from both years of learning and practice, and years of commitment to helping people. Daryll knows digital marketing isn’t a faster means of asking customers for a deal. Digital Transformation in Marketing is about creating a different experience with a target market AND being able to measure and optimize the hell out that experience...which creates immediate impact and long term growth. Daryll brings tangible science to marketing without losing its sometimes intangible art. Some people would say ‘any org would benefit from Daryll’. I think that undersells Daryll’s value. Frankly, if your org isn’t willing to take a strategic long-term look at marketing and appreciate new methods that may indeed make leadership a little uneasy, your org may not be the right one for Daryll. He’d still help your org, but he may not be as fulfilled and energized as he could be. And in turn, you’d be getting less than optimal ROI on your investment in Mr. Swagger. Good luck in your search for the right candidate.

Daryll and I were connected through the mentor ship program at Quest. After intercating with him for the first time, I see why I was connected with him. Daryll is a wonderful teacher and leader. His leadership philosophy, his encouraging me to discover, as well as giving me opportunities to work with him and others in my desired field was refreshing and vital to my learning.
