David is excellent at depicting complex concepts and clearly communicating to enable everyone to understand the path ahead. When this skill is combined with David's seemingly unending supply of drive and determination it ensures progress is always made at a rapid clip. So even though David and I have moved on to other projects, I made sure to recruit him to support NAC-ISSA.ORG's website testing and development. He's been invaluable to the organization and me personally as his insight is always on point and gives a clear path forward.

Documented observations over a few cases and created a Model Investigation Report for test to fill out. The result is integration troubleshooting time has reduced by about one-third.• CM own models and provided a CM strategy (informally) to the team. Developed file structures, Confluence layouts, and other things to support.• Found and corrected multiple model issues. Prior to this, test results seemed okay, but the resolution of the models were impacted. Corrected issues as found resulting in more realistic sims (from the models) in the MDIOC.

    • MDA Principal Cyber Systems Engineer
      • Dec 2019 - Oct 2021
