Dr. Larson met with our clinical staff at Balance Mental Health and Wellness Center. I was impressed with her knowledge, her experience, and her genuine forthright style. She brought a wonderful, positive energy to the room, and the discussion. She was confident, as well as "right-sized", not appearing better than, or worse than, but being confident and humble. She is a force to be reckoned with, as well as the sort of person who can challenge and exhort, without condescension.

I was the editor of WARRIOR, Theresa's incredibly powerful memoir. Theresa was wonderful to work with, always met deadlines, was open to feedback, and easy to communicate with. Writing a memoir is no easy task, but Theresa was very courageous throughout the entire process. I really admire the bravery Theresa showed in telling her story. Her goal was always to help other people find strength and the book has helped many do just that. I'm so proud of Theresa, who truly embodies the word WARRIOR and is an inspiration to us all!

TRX is a veteran owned company who I support. Their equipment is the most widely used in the veteran, wounded warrior, and adaptive space. My team at Movement Rx and I are providing education and support around working with veterans, specifically wounded veterans and individuals with adaptive needs or disabilities. TRX Elite is providing us the equipment we NEED for our educational course work. The benefit of TRX equipment is it can be used anywhere and is offers the stability, tactile support, and an easy set up needed to enjoy training even with a permanent injury.
