Storm Harvest is an international not-for-profit specialising in resource development for teaching and training. SHMI runs publishing, printing, curriculum development and international aid projects. As Managing Director, I founded the company and then oversaw the entire operation of the company in eighteen nations with specific focus on strategic planning, business development and the procurement of philanthropic support. I have a sharp eye for spotting trends and picking up on the movement of markets and situations - this instinct and foresight often being noted as prophetic and predictive.

The Business Enterprise Centres of NSW provide business advice and facilitation of funding and assistance to thousands of Small to Medium Enterprises each year. As manager of the South West Slopes BEC, I was also embedded in the Cootamundra Development Corporation - which brought regional economic development and business mentoring services. I became well known for providing timely advice and warning of movements in the marketplace and their business. I helped businesses enhance their performance, and assisted managers and owners with human behaviour issues in teams.

As Business Development Manager I worked strategically on the Garden's planning, creation, development and promotion. I created alliances with local indigenous leaders, cultural agencies and eco-tourism contacts. I also utilised reading body language and emotions to enhance visitor experience. Internal Audit & Fraud

As an Internal Auditor I was part of the executive review team and served at the discretion of the Managing Director to enhance the performance of the company financially and with the human behaviour side of our HR systems. I became the IT specialist, just as Canon joined the World Wide Web and expanded my business analysis and systems analysis skills. I have a keen eye for detail - understanding the complexities of corporate governance, taxation and reporting. During my time of tenure I was responsible for getting Canon Australia's Quality Assurance systems up and running, and then passing their certification.
