Dr. Paul Gerhardt has been teaching classes on leadership with CityU for several years. He is respected and applauded by his students for his commitment to their learning and growth, and recently was awarded the President's Distinguished Faculty award for Excellence in Teaching. In his leadership, he practices what he teaches, and models cultural competence, emotional intelligence, thought leadership, and a commitment to hard work and excellence in everything he does. It has been an honor to work with Paul, and I look forward to working with him in new and different capacities in the future.

Responsibilities include providing leadership to faculty members, faculty evaluation, budgeting, projecting, program management, process improvement, accreditation maintenance, meeting facilitation, marketing programs and courses, as well as helping in recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of faculty, and advisory board members.
