Led the Unit to enhance GF to perform its vital missions through coordinated, combined effort in Multi-Domain Operations. Conducted continuous, concurrent, and long-range mission planning. Led cross-organizational coordination and drove safe execution with 24/7 emergency response.▪ Organizational Transformation: In a very short time, re-defined Unit’s Vision, Mission, and Objectives in collaboration with GF. Transformed internal culture, significantly improved Unit’s external image perception, and execution abilities.▪ Competence / Skills Development: Built new multi-disciplinary training structure > 20 categories, expanded Simulation Center goals & activities. Accountable for planning, approval processes and control of the Air Force's offensive operations in various arenas. Worked with top executives, intelligence agencies, and GF & Navy, making zero-time decisions. ▪ Operational Efficiency / Change Management: Identified game-changing solutions to improve efficiency (accelerated lead times by x2-x4 and expanded capacity) solving a long-standing problem. Aligned solution with Commander-in-Chief and 10 multi-disciplinary teams; Solution was adopted as an essential framework process and is still operational.▪ New Field of Operations: Established an operational framework in a new sector and assembled a multi-disciplinary task team to address the challenge.
